The methodology used at LITO AVIATION ACADEMY is a pioneering model of professional education and training that combines excellence in teaching with the expertise of top professionals in the market — recognized leaders in their fields both in Brazil and around the world.

LITO AVIATION ACADEMY prepares students to enter directly into commercial aviation and aircraft manufacturing, providing focused knowledge from the very beginning of the program on large aircraft and jet operations.

To further enhance technical skills, the academy offers specialized equipment training on aircraft such as Boeing 737, 767, 777, 787, Embraer, and Airbus A320, among others. All maintenance training programs can be customized according to each company’s fleet, including run-up tests in FTD flight simulators.

Professionals are trained from start to finish to the highest standards and can even be prepared for FAA certification. Pilot training is also offered using the same type of equipment used by airlines, ensuring better predictability for simulator investment planning.

From this expertise, LITO MRO was also created — a Specialized Non-Destructive Testing Workshop (NDT) — offering services such as magnetic particle inspection, ultrasound, liquid penetrant testing, and eddy current testing.

Lito Aviation Academy is an ANAC-certified Training Center — ANAC being the regulatory authority for aviation in Brazil and a member of the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization). This ensures easier international certification and validation.
